The artists involved have rethought this moment through their art. They shared their works that reflect most emotions, sensations and thoughts experienced in this last portion of life dominated by the coronavirus. It was not necessarily a matter of creating something from scratch for the occasion, but of going through the moment, grasping it also through works created long ago.
This request had a dual purpose and social value: the first is that reasoning in real time on what happens to us, especially when it imposes itself so overwhelmingly creating a clean cut with everything that was before in our daily lives, is difficult as absolutely necessary.
The foundations must be laid to face and build the future with greater awareness (and hope).
But the strongest and most immediate value is, and must be, that of devolving these works for charity.
